CROSS-CHECK aims to investigate the extent, nature and process of surgical safety checklist modification in the United Kingdom. 

We are welcoming ONE local collaborator per Trust/Board (England, Scotland, Wales, NI) who on completion of the study will qualify for collaborative authorship on publications.
